DIY: Shower Tablets

- 1/2 Cup Baking Soda
- 1/4 Cup Sea Salts
- 1 Teaspoon Water
- 7 Eucalyptus Essential Oil
- 7 Lavender Essential Oil
- 7 Rosemary Essential Oil


- Eucalyptus Essential Oil has natural anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antifungal properties. It is often used to help with colds and coughs. 

- Lavender Essential Oil is an anti-inflammatory, antifungal, and analgesic. Lavender has also been proven to relieve tension and has calming benefits. Usually, lavender is used for headaches or migraines, coughs, and anxiety. 

- Rosemary Essential Oil is an anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antibacterial, and antioxidant. Rosemary is commonly used for colds, bronchial conditions, coughs, and migraines.

Quick Steps: 

1. Mix baking soda, salts, and water in a bowl until it has the consistency of wet sand. Add more water if necessary to reach the desired consistency. 
2. Place the mixture in silicone cupcake holder or molds.
3. Cover and let them harden for 48 hours.
4. Take out of molds and add essential oils.
5. Turn water hot enough to dissolve the tablets and place them on the floor of the shower.
6. Let the tablets diffuse and breathe in the essential oils.
