Order requirements: A minimum wholesale order of $300 is required for first time orders. After your first order, your minimum will only be $150.
Display: Once your order is placed, we will give you a call to discuss the display area and size.
Packaging: Your soaps will be wrapped in ribbon and will have a sticker label. After years of selling we've found that customers are more attracted to soaps they can see and touch. All other items, we package according to the picture on our website.
Time: Our products are certainly not mass-produced. We make each item in small batches personally. Please take this into account when ordering. After your payment is received, orders may need up to two weeks to prep, package, and deliver (Large orders may need additional time). Time will be notated on your invoice. If this is a local delivery, turn around time is typically 1 week. If you are ordering a large amount of soaps, turn around time may be one month due to curing.
Payment Terms: Once your order is placed, you will receive an invoice by email. We accept all credit cards or paypal. Your order will be processed after payment is received.
Return Policy: Due to the fact that all orders are custom made and packaged for you, and the very nature of the natural personal care products we sell, we cannot accept returns. If we send something incorrectly to you, of course these items should be returned to us, and at our cost. If any items arrive damaged, please notify us within 5 days of arrival for replacements or a credit. After this time, we cannot be held responsible for the items. To preserve the quality of your items, keep them out of heat and direct sun.
Delivery: If you live locally, your items will always be personally delivered or can be picked up locally at a farmer's market we attend. We will contact you to schedule a delivery/pick up time. If you do not live locally, your items will be shipped. Shipping fees will be included on your invoice.
